This route takes you from the junction of the A55 and A483, just south of Chester, and bypasses Wrexham.

For ease of access, please ensure that you enter our lane from the A528.

Many automated route-planners and Satellite navigation systems will try to take you from the M56 on the A49 via Whitchurch.  Trust us – the route shown below is a better route (faster and wider roads) than going via the A41 or A49 via Whitchurch, and will save about 20 minutes in comparison.

19.1	At Overton, go past the church: the road bears left, and after 50 yards, turn RIGHT (South) onto A528 [Salop Road] for 3.9 mi
23	At the big yellow 40mph Ellesmere boundary speed limit sign, turn LEFT (North) onto small un-named local road for 50 yds
23.1	2 Arrive Birch Hill (see CL sign at lane entrance) - Turn RIGHT up tarmac farm drive. Drive slowly to turning-circle beside farmhouse.
