Dee Bank Cottage offers comfortable, simply furnished, compact living accommodation. We have  designated it as a no-smoking property for the comfort of our all visitors.  

Dee Bank is accessed down a flight of steps, there are two further flights of steps down to the river.
Therefore this property is not suitable for young children or the infirm.

• Children are welcome, although they should be supervised at all times in the riverside garden.

• A maximum of two pets are welcome (an additional charge of £10 per week per pet is payable). They must be kept under control at all times and must not be left alone in the property.

The cottage  consists of a porch overlooking the river, kitchen/lounge/diner with wooden beams with:

• Open Coal Fire (coal is supplied free)
• Colour TV with Teletext (main UK channels only)

• Local information books, maps. 

• Microwave
• Electric Cooker
• Fridge
• Cooking utensils, crockery etc.
• Ironing board and iron

Stairs lead up to the first bedroom with double bed, which leads to a second bedroom with two adult sized bunk beds. This in turn leads to a shower room with shower cubicle, basin and toilet. There are excellent views from the front bedroom across the river and down the Dee Valley.

  • Bedding includes duvets, pillows, sheets and blankets, 

  • Hand towels, bath towels and tea towels

There is parking available at the cottage for 1 car, additional parking is available at the owners house 100 yards away

Heating: 

• By electric storage heaters and a coal fire. 

• Electricity is charged on a meter reading (first £10 per week is included in the rental)

• Instant water heaters heat all water including shower.
